Tuesday: Inhale — Raising the Vibrational Energy of Your Words
Take a deep breath in... return to remembrance... and exhale, speaking your prayers into existence
It began with a message—simple, sincere, and sent in love.
A friend had texted me a prayer. And as I read it, something stirred in my spirit. While the intention was pure, the vibration felt heavy—subtly threaded with survival, scarcity, and striving.
As a high-performance, high-frequency coach, I’ve spent the last few years studying how language, prayer, and frequency affect our bodies at a cellular level. When I was diagnosed with an aggressive, high growth cancer, I chose not to conform to the patterns of this world, but to be transformed by the renewing of my mind. I read studies of mice being cured of cancer with belief. I learned cancer cells cannot survive certain HZ frequencies. I paired the best of Western medicine with biobehavioral health experiments and changed my prognosis, avoiding chemotherapy and months of radiation. That decision not only changed my prognosis—it changed my biology. My biological age reversed by six years. My spirit came alive in a new way. I documented every discovery and became fascinated by the power of prayer. As I studied, I came to see prayer not as a cry for rescue, but a creative act of alignment.
So when that prayer landed in my hands, I received it with love—and curiosity.
I sat with it, breathed with it, and journaled through it. I began to play with the words—not to correct, but to elevate. I believe that words carry frequency. And when we speak from faith instead of fear, we co-create with God on a higher plane. This truth is echoed in the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto, whose groundbreaking research with water crystals revealed that our words, intentions, and emotions literally shape the molecular structure of water.
And we, beloved… are made of water.
More than 70% of our brain. More than 60% of our body.
We are walking vibrational instruments, tuning to the language we hear—and speak.
So I asked myself: What would this prayer feel like if it were attuned to joy instead of striving? To divine identity instead of unworthiness? What if it followed the biblical pattern of prayer—beginning with adoration, moving into alignment, making sacred requests, and closing in praise?
This week, I invite you to become curious, to raise your frequency and receive these prayers not just in your head—but in the cells of your being.
Welcome to Tuesday: Inhale. 🌬️
May this be your sacred pause.
Your space of stillness.
Your reminder to choose your words with intention—and raise your vibrational frequency.
You are remembering.
So, let’s make shift happen as we raise the vibrational energy of our words!
Here’s the original prayer—received in love:
✨ Dear Lord, thank you for waking me up this morning and giving me the breath of life. In this world that often seems gray, I know that I’ve reached this day enough by luck, but by your grace. Thank you for all the good things you’ve done for me. Today I commit myself to you, please guide my every step. In this world that often seems gray, help me to live with a positive mindset. Let me hear your voice, follow your will, and may all I do bring glory to you. May your hand lead me through this day. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
As I journaled, two versions emerged. Each a progression. Each a breath. Each a shift in frequency.
Next came the high-vibrational reframe—anchored in trust and divine alignment:
✨ Dear God, thank you for the sacred gift of this new day and the breath of life flowing through me. I awaken with gratitude, knowing I am divinely guided, not by chance, but by Your intentional grace and infinite love.
Today, I align my thoughts, words, and actions with Your higher will. Illuminate my path, fill my heart with joy, and renew my mind with truth. May I move through this day with clarity, peace, and purpose, knowing You are walking with me, within me, and before me.
May everything I touch be blessed, and may all I do reflect Your beauty, Your brilliance, and Your boundless goodness.
In the name of Jesus, the embodiment of Divine Love,
Amen.
Then, I started to wonder how this prayer would be written if it followed the format of prayers presented in the Bible.
Biblical prayers often begin with exaltation of God’s character, followed by alignment, requests, and then praise again. Think of the Lord’s Prayer:
“Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name...”
It begins with reverence, then alignment (“Thy will be done”), then provision and protection, and ends in worship (“For Thine is the kingdom…”).
And finally, a scripturally inspired prayer—woven in the rhythm of ancient reverence:
✨ Almighty God, You are the Eternal One—limitless in love, unmatched in power, and infinite in wisdom. You are Alpha and Omega, beyond time and space, yet intimately near. I stand in awe of Your majesty and give thanks for the sacred breath that moves through me, for it is in You that I live, move, and have my being.
I awaken today not by chance, but by Your divine intention. With a heart full of gratitude, I align myself with Your perfect will. Let my thoughts be rooted in truth, my words infused with compassion, and my actions led by love.
Shine Your light before me. Walk with me, speak through me, and let everything I touch carry the essence of Your glory. Fill me with peace that transcends understanding and a joy that overflows without cause.
May my life today be an offering—one that reflects Your beauty, radiates Your brilliance, and reveals Your boundless goodness to all I encounter.
In the name of Jesus, the embodiment of Divine Love,
Amen.
As we deepen our prayer practice, let’s gently acknowledge this reality:
Our culture often conditions us to pray from a place of lack.
To speak of God as distant. To approach life as a gray place we must survive instead of a living canvas we get to co-create.
Scripture tells us differently:
"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." – 2 Timothy 1:7
When we forget who we are, we fall into habits and patterns that don't align with our health, wholeness, or divine design. Up to 95% of dis-ease is linked to diet and lifestyle—and those behaviors are often rooted in subconscious beliefs of unworthiness shaped by the culturescape around us.
This is why prayer matters.
Not just as spiritual practice—but as a biological recalibration.
Because when we raise the frequency of our words, we raise the resonance of our lives.
And so, with open hearts and reverent breath…
🌬️ Let us breathe in.
💗 Let us open our hearts.
🙏🏽 And let’s pray!
After reflecting on how our beliefs shape not only our prayers—but our patterns of thought, actions, and experiences in life—I felt a deep nudge in my spirit. What we believe about who God is determines how boldly we ask, and what we believe about who we are determines how fully we receive. So I wrote a prayer of remembrance for us to speak life into our identity as divinely designed beings—anchoring us in truth, trust, and the magnificence of our Maker. Let’s pray!
🙏🏽 For All — A Prayer for Remembering Who We Are
Almighty Creator,
Architect of galaxies, Composer of stars,
You are the Breath behind all life, the Light in all things, the Love that makes everything whole.
This week, we pause to remember—
Not just what we need, but who we are.
Not just our struggles, but our source.
We remember that we were formed in reverence,
Crafted by a Love so infinite, it shaped universes and still knows each hair on our head.
We are not broken—we are becoming.
We are not forgotten—we are formed in Your image.
Fearfully and wonderfully made.
Woven together with intention, beauty, and brilliance.
Let every false label fall away now.
We are not our failures.
We are not the diagnosis.
We are not the divorce, the delay, or the detour.
We are divinely designed—victorious, chosen, courageous, and enough.
Before we respond to the world, let us remember who we are.
Before we pray small, let us remember how big You are.
You are not limited by time, by circumstance, or by what we see.
You move mountains, part seas, and speak life into dry bones.
So we rise in holy boldness today—
Not because we have it all figured out,
But because we trust the Divine orchestration holding all things together.
We ask for clarity in identity,
Purity in intention,
And boldness in belief.
Align us with Heaven’s frequency—
Where miracles are normal,
Provision is abundant,
And peace surpasses understanding.
Thank You for reminding us that nothing is too big for You.
And nothing about us is too broken for Your healing love.
We are who You say we are.
We receive it. We remember it. We rise in it.
In the name of Jesus, our Redeemer and Reminder,
Amen.
And so it is.
✨And now, let’s pray for others.
Each of the following prayers is an offering—
a sacred remembrance that we are not separate, but deeply connected.
When we lift others in prayer, something miraculous happens:
our own vibration rises.
We move into the frequencies of unconditional love, divine peace, and radiant joy.
Shift happens—within us and around us.
As you read, let the words that resonate find their way to your heart.
Copy them. Polish them. Send them to someone you love.
Let’s raise the collective—one act of thoughtfulness at a time.
🙏🏽 For Lisa — A Prayer for Strength and Weight Loss
Almighty God,
You are Jehovah Rapha—the Lord who heals. You are El Shaddai, God of the mountains, all-sufficient and all-knowing. You formed our bodies in the secret place, fearfully and wonderfully made, and called them temples of the Holy Spirit. We honor You as the Author of all wisdom, the Giver of every good gift, and the Sustainer of our breath and being.
Today, as Lisa and I embark on this path of purification, we consecrate this journey to You. We do not walk according to the flesh or the cravings of culture, but by the Spirit, who leads us into all truth. We reject conformity to the patterns of this world—its addictions, its distractions, and its empty promises—and we embrace transformation by the renewing of our minds, hearts, and habits. (Romans 12:2)
Empower us with the fruit of self-control. Fill us with the Spirit of power, love, and a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7) Guard our hearts from discouragement and our minds from deception. Let us not grow weary in doing good, for we know that in due season, we shall reap if we do not give up. (Galatians 6:9)
In this season of sacred discipline, make us sensitive to Your whispers and wise to the tactics of the enemy. Replace every craving with holy desire. Let our hunger be for righteousness, and let that hunger be deeply satisfied. (Matthew 5:6)
Strengthen our bodies as we surrender them back to You. May every cell come into alignment with divine order. May inflammation be cast out, energy be restored, and clarity return like the rising sun. We speak resurrection power over our health—where there was depletion, bring abundance. Where there was chaos, bring harmony. Where there was numbness, restore holy presence.
Surround us with angels on assignment. Place Your hedge of protection around our choices, our time, our meals, and our motives. Let our very lives preach the gospel of health, hope, and holiness.
And when the world tempts us to conform, let Your Word rise up within us like a sword: “My body is a temple, set apart for glory. I walk not by cravings, but by calling.”
May we live, move, and have our being in You alone. (Acts 17:28)
We declare this journey blessed. We call it holy. We say “yes” to Your invitation into deeper wholeness.
In the name of Jesus—our Redeemer, our Healer, and our Victory,
Amen.
🙏🏽 For Brittani — A Prayer for Marriage
Abba Father,
We lift up this beautiful daughter of Yours—the woman behind the counter, behind the smile, behind the strength. You see what others don’t. You see the tears behind the laughter, the ache beneath the hope, the deep love beneath the pain.
Lord, You are the Author of love, the Restorer of broken places, the Healer of hearts. And so we place this marriage into Your hands—the safest hands there are.
Though this may be the hardest season they’ve walked through, we believe that nothing is too hard for You. We ask You to rebuild what was shaken. Redeem what was lost. Restore what feels beyond repair. Breathe new life into what once felt lifeless.
Let this season become sacred ground—where tenderness grows, where truth is spoken gently, where forgiveness flows like a river, and where Your Spirit moves freely between them.
We stand on Isaiah 43:19:
“See, I am doing a new thing. Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.”
God, make a way for this couple. Surprise them with small miracles. Let laughter return. Let trust be rebuilt. Let love root deeper than ever before.
Bless her heart for being vulnerable. For asking for prayer. For believing that You are not done yet.
We declare: This is not the end of their story.
It’s the beginning of something deeper, more beautiful, and more whole.
In the name of the One who turns ashes into beauty—
Amen.
🙏🏽 For Greer — A Prayer for Health, Healing, + Return to Wholeness
Dear God,
We lift up Your beloved daughter, Greer, who has endured more than her body was ever meant to carry. Her soul is strong, but her vessel is weary. And so, we turn now to You, the Great Physician—the One who knit her together in the secret place, the One who knows every cell, every scar, and every silent cry.
We ask that You surround her with healing light—a radiant presence that flows from heaven straight into her heart. May this light dissolve the residue of trauma and release every energetic imprint of fear and pain from her body.
Let every heartbeat return to holy rhythm.
Let every breath be a return to peace.
Let every cell awaken to life again.
We pray for her nervous system to reset, for her blood pressure to normalize, for her heart to feel safe in her own chest. May the trauma stored in her body be lifted now—transformed, transmuted, and returned to love.
Greer is not her pain. She is not her past. She is a child of the Most High God.
She is a temple of healing.
A sanctuary of divine purpose.
And a living testament to the power of grace.
We declare a new season of rest and renewal. Let this be the moment her body remembers how to heal, how to soften, how to receive.
Wrap her in the peace that passes all understanding. Restore her not just physically, but emotionally, energetically, and spiritually. May she rise in the morning with joy. May she sleep at night in safety. And may the vibration of love now carry her into wholeness.
In the name of Jesus—the One who heals and makes whole—
Amen. And so it is.
🙏🏽 For Liza — A Prayer for a Pioneer of Transformation
Father God,
We lift up Your daughter, Liza—the courageous one who dares to go first so others know they’re not alone. Thank You for the fire You’ve placed in her soul and the willingness she carries to walk her healing journey publicly, boldly, and faithfully.
As she shares her transformation story—post by post—we pray that her words become living seeds, planted in hearts hungry for change. Let her vulnerability become someone else's breakthrough. Let her faith stir a revival of hope.
Root her in the truth of Romans 12:2:
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind...”
May her mind, body, and spirit be continually renewed as she walks this path with You.
Bless her desire, her detailed plan, and her daily discipline. Infuse each step with clarity, consistency, and divine alignment. Guard her from discouragement. Cover her in grace. And may she always remember—progress, not perfection, is holy ground.
Use her voice as a trumpet call—awakening women to the truth that it’s never too late to reset with purpose, to live with intention, and to rewrite their story in partnership with You.
We honor the light she carries.
We bless her hands, her message, and her momentum.
And we say amen to the transformational ripple she’s creating.
In the mighty name of Jesus,
Amen.
🙏🏽 For David — A Prayer for Overcoming
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for David—Your servant, Your scribe, Your light in the wilderness. Even when life brought him to a standstill physically, You lit a new fire in his spirit. Though his world changed in a single day, You never stopped writing Your story through him.
We lift him up in gratitude today—for his courage, his voice, and the way he reminds us that Your plans are never wasted, even when the path is painful.
We declare over him the truth of 2 Corinthians 4:7:
“We have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us.”
David is a vessel of that treasure, Lord. You’ve entrusted him with a message for the weary and the wandering. You’ve turned his solitude into sacred space, his pain into purpose, and his words into healing oil poured across nations.
We speak continued favor over his work. May his books reach every soul who needs to be reminded:
“You are not forgotten. You are not useless. You matter. God is not finished with you yet.”
Surround David with supernatural strength, daily encouragement, and deep companionship in Spirit. Let every sentence he writes be anointed. Let every day ahead be rich with glimpses of glory.
You are not done with him, Lord—You are just getting started.
We bless him in Jesus’ mighty name,
Amen.
🙏🏽 For Lisa — A Prayer for Celebration of Podcast Success
Heavenly Father,
What a glorious milestone! We thank You and praise You for the beautiful work You are doing through Lisa. Today we celebrate 100,025 souls reached—not for applause, but for impact. Not for fame, but for Your name.
You said in John 1:5, “The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it.” And that is exactly what Lisa’s voice has become—a radiant light in the shadows, a steady flame of truth, joy, and encouragement lighting the way for others.
Thank You for her faithfulness through every tech challenge, every stretch of growth, every moment of doubt she pressed through with courage. Thank You for the souls who have been comforted, uplifted, and transformed through her obedience to share Your Word.
We bless her next chapter, Lord. May her platform continue to expand with purpose. May every episode carry the sound of heaven. May her voice echo with Your love, her words water the weary, and her joy ignite hope in the hearts of many.
Cover her with supernatural creativity, energy, and protection as she continues to pour out. Let her know that what she’s building is eternal—and it matters more than she knows.
For Your glory, Lord. Always and only for You.
In Jesus’ mighty name,
Amen.
🙏🏽 For Deborah — A Welcome Prayer to SHE Belongs, Meadowbrook Church
Heavenly Father,
We thank You for leading our new sister to Meadowbrook and to this sacred circle of women who walk in Your love. You are the God who “places the lonely in families” (Psalm 68:6), and we know You have divinely appointed this connection for such a time as this.
Lord, we bless her journey—the storms she’s endured, the faith that’s anchored her, and the new beginning unfolding in this season. May her home be filled with Your peace, her heart with Your hope, and her days with new friendships that reflect the joy and strength of sisterhood in Christ.
As she settles into this community, we pray she feels seen, known, and deeply loved. Let her testimony continue to inspire, and may she be reminded daily that she belongs—not just in this group, but in Your Kingdom story, woven with grace and purpose.
We welcome her with open arms and open hearts.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.🙏🏽
🙏🏽 For Stephanie — A Prayer for Recovery
Beloved Divine Presence,
We honor Stephanie—the fierce woman in the arena—who shows up courageously, fully embodied, in the sacred dance of life. As Theodore Roosevelt said, she is the one “whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who falls, and though bruised, still rises again.”
Stephanie’s fall today is not a defeat but a powerful initiation—a call to rise even higher, to claim her strength, and to embrace the fullness of her radiant, vibrant self. In the energetic unfolding of this moment, may she feel the deep knowing that her spirit is invincible, her heart is unbreakable, and her power flows freely.
We call in compassion and self-love to cradle her body and soul. May Stephanie surrender fully to the healing light within, releasing resistance and allowing grace to flow effortlessly through every cell.
We invite a surge of pure, joyful energy to lift her vibration—reminding her that she is a magnificent creator, aligning with wellness, ease, and joyful expansion. Each breath she takes is a step closer to radiant health and vibrancy.
Let the pain be a messenger—not a master—inviting her to greater alignment, deeper presence, and expanded courage. And may she rise again, not just to endure but to thrive, lighting the way for all who walk the arena alongside her.
Stephanie, you are a living miracle of love and resilience. Keep rising. Keep shining. The universe applauds you.
Amen, and so it is.🙏🏽
🙏🏽 For Sharon’s Sister — A Prayer for Healing
Heavenly Father,
We lift up Sharon’s sister to You right now with hearts full of faith and trust in Your healing power. Lord, You are Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. Nothing is hidden from You—not the depth of her infection, nor the weight of her worry.
We declare James 1:5 over this moment: “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God... and it will be given to him.”
So, Father, we ask—pour out divine wisdom on her doctors, nurses, and the entire surgical team. Direct every decision, every incision, and every step toward complete healing.
We pray that You would go before her into that operating room. Surround her with peace that passes understanding. Strengthen her body for the procedure and recovery ahead. Let her feel Your nearness every step of the way.
We speak protection, restoration, and supernatural grace over her in Jesus’ mighty name.
Amen.
🙏🏽 For Danny — A Prayer for Heart Surgery
Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of both concern and unwavering faith. We lift up Your beloved son, Danny, into Your healing hands right now. You are Jehovah Rapha—the God who heals—and we call on Your holy name to cover Danny from head to toe with divine protection and restoration.
Lord, thank You for guiding the hands of every surgeon, nurse, and medical team member. We praise You for the progress that has been made thus far, and we ask for Your miraculous intervention now as he returns to surgery.
We rebuke every complication and command bleeding to cease in Jesus’ name. Seal every vessel. Strengthen every beat of his heart. Let the swelling subside and every cell come into divine alignment.
Holy Spirit, breathe peace into his body, peace into Loma’s heart, and peace into the minds of all who are holding vigil in love and prayer. May angels surround that surgical room even now—administering help, wisdom, and holy precision.
We declare:
No weapon formed against Danny shall prosper.
He will live and not die, and declare the works of the Lord.
This surgery will end in victory, restoration, and testimony.
Cover this family in supernatural peace, and let Your presence saturate every corner of that hospital. May Your glory be revealed through every detail of this healing journey.
In the mighty, matchless, and merciful name of Jesus,
Amen.
🙏🏽 For Johanna — A Prayer for the Birthday Girl
Beloved Johanna, radiant soul of light,
On this sacred day of your earthly arrival, we pause in reverence.
We honor your courageous choice to incarnate into Earth School,
To walk the winding path of remembering, unbecoming, and becoming again.
May you feel Heaven’s joy today,
Celebrating you not only for who you are becoming,
But for all you’ve already transmuted with grace and grit.
Abba, Divine Mother, and the sacred celestial councils,
We thank You for Johanna’s life.
We thank You for her willingness to feel deeply—to dance with the spectrum of human emotion,
To rise through the ache, and alchemize it into wisdom.
As she navigates this season of uncertainty and transformation,
May she be met with divine reassurance:
That the chrysalis is not punishment,
But preparation for wings of magnificence.
Wrap her in the frequency of peace that surpasses understanding.
Clothe her in the elegance that reflects the Divine Feminine in full bloom.
Anoint her with joy that bubbles up from the soul’s remembrance—
Joy not dictated by circumstance, but drawn from sacred knowing.
Let this new year be a return:
A return to her truth, her essence, her sacred yes.
May she be surrounded by souls who see her brilliance,
And may she feel deeply the divine echo that whispers, you are never alone.
Bless her hands as she continues her inner work.
Bless her voice as she speaks light into dark spaces.
Bless her heart as it expands to hold more compassion, more truth, more Source of creation energy.
And as she walks forward,
May each step be led by Love, peace, and joy,
And every breath be a prayer of alignment.
Amen. And so it is.💫
