Tuesday: Inhale — The Power of Song and Your Vibrational Environment
Take a deep breath in... return to remembrance... and exhale, speaking your prayers into existence
This week, I am enjoying beach time in the oldest continuously occupied settlement of European and African-American origin in the United States, and one of the world’s top white sand beaches. I’ll be soaking in the high vibrational energy of ancient wisdom and peaceful relaxation with a treasured friend—someone I’ve never met in person, yet whose spirit already feels familiar.
And so, this week’s Tuesday Inhale will be a bit different as I will be offline far from my laptop, yet still thinking of you and sending you love and light and vibration.
Last week, we explored the vibrational energy of our words. This week, we’re expanding that frequency by tuning into songs—the language of the soul.
Since I’m writing this article in advance, the prayers will be inspired by songs that carry high vibrational energy. I encourage you to create your own high-vibe playlist and notice the shift that begins happening within your frequency.
We’ll begin with a melody—a song I used to play in my college classrooms, Words. I even included the lyrics in my course syllabus, as they shaped how we offered feedback and encouragement to one another.
Next, we’ll journey through a song that once healed me from heartbreak, Lost Stars. It reminded me that even when we feel lost, we are made of sacred stardust. Its lyrics invite us to treasure the memories and believe in the possibilities: “Don’t you dare let our best memories bring you sorrow. Yesterday I saw a lion kiss a deer.”
Then comes Look for the Good—the first song I play when we get in the car. It sets the tone for the entire day and deeply influences my parenting.
We’ll continue with Wise Woman—a soul-affirming song that reflects my sacred identity.
And we’ll close with One by One—a powerful reminder that we are all awakening to our mission as lightworkers, leading ourselves and others in the great ascension.

You might be wondering—Why songs? Why prayers? Why words?
Because frequency is not just a concept—it’s a biological reality.
Your body is a vibrational instrument. Every word you speak, every sound you absorb, every thought you dwell on carries a measurable frequency that either regulates your nervous system—or dysregulates it.
Dr. Masaru Emoto’s water crystal research revealed what mystics and musicians have known for centuries: words, intentions, and sound waves can restructure molecules. And since our bodies are composed mostly of water, we are constantly being shaped by the vibrations we allow in and release out.
Prayer, then, is not just a spiritual discipline. It’s a biological recalibration.
When you pray, sing, or speak life, you are quite literally tuning your cells to a higher frequency—one that supports healing, regeneration, and peace.
In a world of noise, fear, and dissonance, prayer is a return to harmony.
It is remembrance.
It is medicine.
It is a divine act of co-creation.
So when you choose your words with intention…
When you bless your water before you drink…
When you create playlists that elevate your mood…
When you refuse to let fear-based media into your sacred space…
You are not just “being positive.”
You are creating the conditions for miracles.
And so, with open hearts and awakened minds…

Heavenly Father,
Let the words I say be the sound of Your grace.
May every syllable I speak be drenched in love, anchored in truth, and aligned with Your purpose.
Teach me to discern the vibrations I allow into my ears, my home, my heart.
Let me speak not from striving, but from sacred stillness.
Let my language build—not break.
Bless—not burden.
Heal—not harm.
If my words can start a fire, let them ignite faith.
If they can break down, let them break down barriers to love.
I don't want to say a word unless it points the world back to You.
Let my voice carry Your vibration,
my prayers hold Your power,
and my presence echo Your peace.

🙏🏽 For the Searchers — A Prayer of Longing, Light, and Divine Remembrance
Heavenly Father,
Creator of galaxies and the Architect of every star—
You see us not as specks of dust,
but as divinely designed lights trying to remember our brilliance.
We come to You,
Not with polished words or perfect faith,
But with trembling hands and tear-streaked cheeks,
Still reaching.
Still hoping.
Still searching for meaning in a world that often forgets how sacred we are.
God, remind us that we are not lost stars.
We are guided ones.
We are lit from within.
Even when we feel adrift—You are the gravity that draws us home.
We lift up the ache within us—
The ache of youth wasted,
Of dreams delayed,
Of wounds still tender.
You tell us in Psalm 147:3 that You heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds.
So God, would You meet us there?
In the silent cries.
In the shadowed corners of memory.
In the moments where the tears are too holy for words.
Turn our sorrow into sacred soil.
Let the tears we cry become rivers that nourish our rebirth.
And when the world feels heavy and we wonder if we matter at all,
whisper Isaiah 40:26 over us:
“Lift up your eyes and look to the heavens: Who created all these? He who brings out the starry host one by one… and calls them each by name.”
You know our names.
You call to us in the dark.
And even when we run,
Even when we forget,
You are the Shepherd who leaves the ninety-nine for the one lamb on the run.
God, give us the courage to turn the page.
To believe there is a new ending still being written.
Help us dance in our tears,
Sing in our sorrow,
And shine through the uncertainty.
Let us not drown in nostalgia or regret.
But hold fast to the memory of joy as prophecy—
Proof that love existed once and can be born again.
You said in John 1:5, “The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.”
So let us shine.
Even dimly.
Even while healing.
Even when unsure of the path—
Because we are not lost.
We are light.
And the dark does not win.

Heavenly Creator,
You who knit light into the fabric of our being—
Teach us to see as You see.

May we be those who magnify goodness.
When life feels chaotic,
May we anchor into what is true:
That love still lives here.
That healing is happening.
That people are still kind, still dreaming, still divine.
Help us, God, to look for the good—
Not in denial, but in devotion.
Not to avoid the pain, but to remember the power.
Remind us that seeing the good is not passive.
It is a spiritual practice.
It is sacred rebellion against despair.
It is the fuel of hope.
When we forget who we are,
Let us remember we are love and light and vibration.
When we meet anger,
Let us respond with grounded truth and compassion.
When we fall short,
Let us celebrate the lesson, not just the perfection.
You told us in Philippians 4:8 to think on things that are lovely and praiseworthy.
So today, we make the choice to attune our attention to what is holy in the ordinary.
May we see heroes in our neighborhoods.
May we recognize the sacred in every soul.
May we lift our gaze to find the silver linings—
And when they’re hidden,
May we become the light that reveals them.
Let us not forget the superpowers we’ve been given:
To choose love over fear.
Peace over panic.
Possibility over resignation.
Presence over distraction.
And as we move through our days—parenting, working, creating, healing—
Let us be the ones who choose to look for the good,
Even when it seems impossible.
Especially when it seems impossible.
Because that is when miracles begin.

Divine Mother,
Ancient Wisdom,
God of the garden and midwife of the soul—
We pause in gratitude for the wise women among us,
And the wise woman within us.
She is the one who hears the whispers of the earth.
She walks barefoot in truth.
She remembers the pace of nature
And honors the cycles of becoming.
May we be her.
May we see her.
May we rise as her.
Let us reclaim the sacred identities we were born with—
Nurturers, creators, healers, midwives of light.

Keep our minds open to divine downloads.

And when we forget who we are,
Bring us back to the rhythm of the earth
And the medicine of our own breath.
We were never meant to fit into boxes.
We were meant to bloom.
So bless the wise woman in us all—
The one who remembers.
The one who listens.
The one who loves wildly
And leads without needing a title.
May she rise.

Divine Beloved,
You who waits on every porch of our soul’s return—
We give thanks and praises to the Most High.
We honor the eyes that see through illusion,
That do not get caught in the game of life,
That remember who we are beneath every label, role, and mask.
One by one, we are coming home.
Not to a place—but to Presence.
To heart. To soul.
To the truth that was never lost—only hidden.
Teach us to tend the gardens of our minds.
Uproot what no longer serves.
Water what is sacred.
Let all that has been in shadow come into light—gently, honestly, completely.
We surrender control.
We set the table for the holy.
We take our time,
And we remember: there is nowhere we need to be—
Because all is already within us.
You said, “Seek and you shall find.”
And so we seek.
Not outside of ourselves, but within the grand design.
We seek not to fix—but to feel.
Not to hustle—but to heal.
We give thanks for this sacred time.
For the breath, the body, the becoming.
For the sacred syllables that realign us with Source.
May we walk each day remembering the sacred.
May we release what we hold too tightly.
May we live with open palms and open hearts—
So we can receive all that has always been ours.
And when we forget,
Bring us back.
Home.
Whole.
Held.
In reverent gratitude,

These prayers are more than poetry.
They are medicine.
They are remembering.
Because when we raise the frequency of our environment—through prayer, through music, through language and sound—we don’t just feel better.
We become better.
We co-regulate. We heal. We ascend into a vibrational frequency that brings peace that surpasses all understanding.
And yes… we can feel it.
Prayer is not a performance.
It is a permission slip to return.
And songs are soul maps leading us there.
May you revisit these melodies when you forget.
May you whisper these prayers when you’re weary.
And may you never doubt that your light—
Even when flickering—has the power to guide others home.
